I'm now into my 7th week still w/ the 6 lbs off but nothing more. I will continue to take the pill for another month which will give me three months on taking the pill to see if any more inches will be lost as well as pounds. I do recommend this product because I also think it depend on your body weight before you start. Its a bit strong, as where you do feel nauseous, It does control your hunger!!! And you gotta try and eat even though you don't feel hungry, sometimes you might get weak and fainted, so try and drink a lot of water...
